CURRICULUM
The new Graduate Dental Education Regulations attempts to stand on the shoulder of the contributions and efforts of the resource persons, teachers and students (past and present). It intends to take the learner to provide health care to the evolving needs of the nation and the world. The development of this curriculum was based on the changing demography, socioeconomic context, perceptions, values, expectations of the stake holders. Emerging health care issues particularly in the context of emerging disease, impact of advances in science and technology and shorter management approaches also need consideration.
