SIMATS - Republic Day Celebrations

Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS) celebrated the 74th Republic Day in a grand memorable manner at the SIMATS play ground. 13th International Symposium on Basic Medical Sciences for Undergraduates - ISBMS 2023

The Departments of all Basic Medical Sciences combinedly organized the 13th International Symposium on Basic Medical Sciences for Undergraduates - ISBMS 2023 on 1st and 2nd of December 2023. It was a great event for all UGs in the field of medicine. A total of 565 participants took part in this great scientific extravaganza which had a Pre-Symposium Workshop and the Symposium for 2 days. It had oral and poster presentations, quiz and guest lectures for the young minds to get updated knowledge in the field concerned.

The 4th MICROSUMMIT – International Conference on Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Resistance (ICiDAR-2023) in association with Indian Association of Medical Microbiologists (IAMM) Tamilnadu Chapter, was organized by the Department of Microbiology, Saveetha Dental College and Hospitals (SDC), SIMATS. In this grand event I BDS students representing the Department of Anatomy, participated in the scientific poster presentations. In this grand Summit, Samruddhi Gandhi and Srivathsan received “Best Poster Award”.
